Using Services, Payment, Shipping and Warranty – Appendix 2

These Terms and Conditions are unseparable from the conditions provided in the User Contract with the aim to regulate the relationship between User and Service Provider for using services, payment, shipping and warranty.

The Conditions for Using Services, Payment and Shipping
1.The Auction Portal provides access to its auctions to every client, no restrictions regarding  the country of origin. It guarantees to its Users the issuing of the Wins in Vouchers (the value of the Voucher will be transfered to the User account in US dollars with applying the 2% bonus).

2.The countries where the Wins are issued in Vouchers (the value of the Voucher will be transfered to the User account in the US dollars with applying the 2% bonus), products and services are the following:

• the United States of America
• Canada

Note: The list will be updated in accordance of the service development.

3.After winning the Auction, User has 14 days to purchase the product. In case User does not purchase the product within 14 days from the date the auction ended, User looses all rights for purchasing this product. User who has won auction sale must pay the costs (item’s final price, postage costs and possible fees in some cases)

4.Service Provider has right to cancel all Contracts in case User doesn’t pay the bill on time.

5.Service Provider must deliver all goods won by User during fourteen (14) calendar days after Service Provider receives payment unless marked otherwise on auction description. User will be informed in delivery status by e-mail.

6.When delivering goods to User within fourteen (14) calendar days is problematic for any reason, Service Provider has the right to substitute goods with money (in amount of the retail price value marked at every good on auction) or other services in agreement with User. User is informed of this kind of situation by e-mail.

7.When User does not inform Service Provider about the choice within seven (7) calendar days, Service Provider is obligated to send out the product User won or pay compensation (retail price of goods) on User’s bank Account.

8.If there any problems with the items bought at Centseller, User must inform Service Provider about it within two (2) months. Service Provider must check the flaws and mutual agreement will be made between Users and Service Provider to resolve a problem.

9.Service provider has right to eliminate all flaws or refund (the amount which was spent on removing the flaws).

10.Centseller is not liable for personal injury and property damage resulting from the improper handling, amortization, modification or misuse of the product by the customer or any other person after delivering the product by Centseller.

11.If problems with items are caused by actions of Service Provider, Centseller compensates all costs bound with expertise. If problems with items are not caused by Service Provider, all costs bound with expertise must paid by User.

12.User reserves right to return products to Service Provider within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the goods. Returned items must be in original undamaged package and with no sight of using the goods. Service Provider makes full refund within two (2) weeks after checking the returned goods. All transportation expenses is covered by User.

13.Centseller makes no other warranties either express or implied, with respect to the products, or any related services performed by Centseller or any of its agents or subcontractors in connection with any order, including, without limitation, any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, which other warranties are expressly excluded and disclaimed.

14.Service Provider itself does not give any warranties to the products.

15.Service Provider reserves the right to limit the number of auctions User has successfully finished, won (15 services or products per month maximum per one User).
