Parameters - Appendix 3

With the aim of providing the best quality of services to User, it is important to follow the following parameters for the Internet connection and browser.

Conditions for Software and Hardware Requirements
1.The minimal parameters for required Internet connection is 200kbit/s for downloads and 100 kbit/s for uploads. When Internet connection is slow, the information in the User browser might not be accurate and updated (the running time errors might occure). More time-consuming operations (operations like downloading files, reloading information and reflecting it on the User’s computer window) might be disturbed or take extra time. There might be also delays in getting the real-time information to the computer screen promptly.

2.The recommended browsers for the best quality of the Auction Portal and the Auction system are as follows: Firefox 3.0 or later versions, Opera 9 or later versions , Safari  3.0 or later versons, Internet Explorer 7.0 or later versions. When using browsers not mentioned here, the following possible mistakes in the portal design might occur (disfigurements of site design and/or information placement), delays of information of real-time nature (errors in running the timer, for example) and various other errors (errors in operating the User Account, delays in bids reaching the auction, errors in registering the bids,  time delays or interruptions in registration of the Winnings etc.).

3.The Users whose Internet parameters are set to the minimum of the recommended parameters might still experience errors listed above when high volume files such as moves, music etc are downloaded simulatneously to the usage of the Auction site or when User utilizes computer programs which significantly consume hardware/software resources and might interrupt the work of the Auction Portal browser.

4.Service Provider is not responsible for any mistakes and failures caused by User internet connection or personal computer. User expressively agrees that use of Centseller activities is at User’s sole risk. Neither Centseller, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors claim that Centseller will be uninterrupted or error free.
