General Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions apply to every visitor and user of the entertaining auction sale platform www.centseller.com.General Terms & Conditions
1.These Terms & Conditions (Terms hereafter) apply to all visitors and registered Users (Users hereafter) of the www.centseller.com auction platform (Centseller hereafter).
2.These Terms govern the legal rights and responsibilities of Confirmo Group Ltd. (Service Provider from now on) and Users.
3.Users must register on webpage www.centseller.com in order to use all services which are provided by Service Provider. User Account (Account hereafter) must be created during the registration process.
4.Only one (1) user registration per person is permitted. If multiple registrations by one user are discovered, the Service Provider has the right to cancel ALL accounts. Closing the accounts will lead to loosing all User rights as well as valuables (money and prices) and company has the right to withhold deliveries or refunds for bids (even after User’s multiple Accounts have been closed).
5.The contract between Service Provider and User will take effect from the moment User registers, opens the Account and fills the Registration Form.
6.By opening the Account, the User confirms that the information provided by User in the registration form is truthful and accurate.
7.User must declare that is legally capable of bidding on auction sales. If the User is not fully legally competent, there must be official acceptance from legal representative. Users must be at least 18 years old
8.Employees and owners of Service Provider are not eligible to participate in Centseller auction sales.
9.During the registration process Users must choose a personal username and password. The username must not be offensive, be selected to deceive or misinform other users. Duplicate user names will not be permitted, and individual usernames will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. User is responsible for confidentiality of the username and password and must keep these from third parties. If given to third parties the User takes full responsibility for circumstances caused by this action. The User’s Account may be used only by the user and not by anyone else.
10.User is not allowed to collect any information (usernames, passwords, contacts etc) about other Users unless their personal approval.
11.By completing the Registration Form, the User gives the Service Provider the right to collect and store User personal data needed to provide this service. Service provider’s primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. User has the right to disagree and ask for discontinuation of the personal information. This action is not backdated.
Personal data is User e-mail address, contact information including but not limited to User’s name, address, date of birth and telephone number; all transaction information based on User’s activities on Centseller; shipping, billing and other information relating to any purchase or shipping; any correspondence sent to Company; financial information, such as User’s credit card information and other supplemental information from third parties.
12.The Service Provider may collect and store personal information in electronic format and may take copies in other forms if it is necessary for business (development or employment) purposes.
13.Service Provider may use all data collected in Centseller for information transmission and advertisement purposes. Service Provider can use personal data for resolving disputes, collecting fees and troubleshooting problems, preventing potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforcing Company’s Terms and Conditions; customizing, measuring and improving services, content and advertising; informing Users about services, targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers; comparing information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.
14.Service Provider assures confidentiality of User personal data except for third parties for collaboration and development purposes to provide high-quality services. Users’ personal data will be also available to legal organizations and/or Debt collection agencies.
Users can access, review and change most of their personal information by logging on to Centseller at any time. However, some of Users’ personal information can only be changed by contacting our Customer Service. Users are required to promptly update their personal information if changes occur or information is inaccurate.
15.User must use services on www.centseller.com according to this Terms and Conditions and Instruction. By using Centseller’s services User affirms that is informed by all Terms and Conditions and Instruction.
16.User is responsible for all payment obligations (services, good etc) and is aware of consequences when any payment obligation have been disregarded (Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disqualify a User or disable Account at any time at its sole discretion).
17.Centseller is the owner of all intellectual property rights on the www.centseller.com website and the material published on it. Users are not allowed to damage, disturb or violate www.centseller.com environment in any way under no circumstances. Spam, chain-letters, pyramid-schemes, dispreading viruses and other actions what may harm www.centseller.com environment in any way are strictly forbidden.
18.User is responsible for all that kind of actions and is aware of the following consequences.
19.Using scripts by User leads to the disqualification of User by Service Provider (including account closedown).
20.Service Provider has right to stop, close or cancel all services if there is any kind of system failure which may affect auction sales by User. If auction is closed because of a system failure, Service Provider has to refund bids to User accounts.
21.The service provider has a right to upgrade active auctions without notice for the equal or better items and adds a note Upgraded Auction to the auctions that have been upgraded.
22.Any kind of agreement between Users which would affect or redirect auctions are forbidden if this affects other User opportunity to win auction. If User points out another User who is suspected in any of such kind of behavior, Service Provider has right to cancel suspect’s bids and close the accounts (no refunds and no right for items previously won).
23.Service Provider is not responsible for any mistakes and failures caused by computer-systems (force majeure).
24.Service Provider does not influence auction sales to be ran its own course.
25.The terms of every auction (duration, type etc.) are specific for every product and are given in specific Instruction. The User agrees to read and accept the Instructions before starting using the services.
26.Service Provider reserves the right to one-sidedly make changes in all Terms and Conditions and Instructions. Service Provider notifies User about the changes by replacing changed documents on www.centseller.com platform and posting relevant notification on the opening page. The changes come into force promptly but don’t backdate (auctions already in action are followed by old Terms and Conditions and Instructions until they are ended).
Centseller’s products and services are offered exclusively to private users and not to commercial or partly-commercial resellers.
Centseller’s website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties, and these sites may likewise contain links to other websites. Despite conducting careful checks, Service Provider takes no liability for the content of external links and cannot take any responsibility for the content of the data protection and privacy guidelines of third-party websites.
27.User confirms the agreement with renewed documents by using any Centseller’s services after renewal of Terms and Conditions.
28.Service Provider reserves the right to close User‘s account one-sidedly.
29.User has the right to finish the activities on www.centseller.com platform and close the account. User must pay all possible bills and complete all unfinished commitments even after closing the account.
23.Expiration of one provision in Terms and Conditions or Instructions does not cancel other terms which are valid at the same time.
31.Centseller is the owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Centseller’s website and the material published on it. Centsellers webpage, abstracts, logos are trademarks of Service Provider and any of its subsidiaries. All rights are reserved. All those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world and all rights relating to the same are reserved. User may print one (1) copy and may download extracts of pages for personal reference only. User may not modify any paper or digital copies of any materials printed or downloaded. User must also not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. User must not use any part of the materials on the Centseller website for commercial purposes. All other trademarks appearing on Centseller’s webpage are the property of their respective owners.
32.Any legal action or proceeding related to Centseller website shall be brought exclusively to enforcement agency of competent jurisdiction sitting.
33.The Contract and its Additions are in accordance with the Laws of Estonian Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be settled by negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be settled by the Superior Court.

If you are new user or you don't bid on CentSeller very often you should try to bid on “Limited Auctions”.It is much easier to win Limited Auctions because users who have won more than 7 auctions during last 7 days can't bid. Good luck.
